With an Electrical Engineering degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Purdue University, Charlie has held influential roles at Fortune 500 companies including GE, Johnson Controls, and Delphi Automotive (formerly General Motors).
Charlie founded SolisMatica five years ago, driven by a vision to create empathetic and ethical AI solutions. SolisMatica’s unique approach combines systems thinking with deep cultural insight, allowing it to develop innovative solutions that genuinely resonate across diverse user groups and communities. Its mission is to leverage AI to reduce human suffering, bridge divides, and foster sustainable abundance globally.
Deeply committed to global citizenship, Charlie is half Thai, holds dual citizenship in Thailand and the United States, and grew up internationally in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Netherlands. As the current President of the West Michigan Asian American Association, Charlie actively fosters diversity and inclusion across cultures.
An enthusiastic Rotarian, Charlie serves as President of Lakeshore United Rotaract, is a member of the Holland Rotary After Hours Club, and is a proud two-time recipient of the Rotary Paul Harris Fellowship award.
