In the heart of Jacksonville, where the St. Johns River meets the Atlantic Ocean, the city’s waterways symbolize flow, connection, and resilience. Like the rivers shaping its landscape, Rotary flows through communities, sparking innovation and growth. These waters are more than just channels; they carry Currents of Creativity, much like the energy and ideas that drive Rotary’s mission forward.
Jacksonville, with its rich history and vast expanse, embodies the spirit of expansion and transformation—qualities mirrored in Rotary’s commitment to embracing new ideas and creative solutions to global challenges. Just as the rivers flow through the city, Rotary’s creativity flows through our shared service, connecting diverse minds and hearts.
Join us for the 2024 Zone Summit in Jacksonville, Florida, where Rotary’s Currents of Creativity will inspire action, forge connections, and create lasting impact. Together, we’ll explore new pathways of service and innovation, ensuring a brighter future for all.

“Rotary kindled the spark within me to look beyond myself and embrace humanity, service became a way of life for me and I, like many others, adopted the guiding philosophy that ‘Service is the rent I pay for the space I occupy on this earth, and I want to be a good tenant of this earth.’”
President Shekhar will not be able to join us this year in Naples, but his words as spoken during the 2021 International Assembly, provide a look at the man that will lead our great organization.
